Victoria Richardson, Volleyball
Victoria Richardson signed her letter of intent to play for Forsyth Tech on Monday, June 23. Reese is a 5'9" outside hitter from Winston Salem, NC. While in high school, Richardson played for the Forsyth Home Educators.
"Victoria is a great hometown addition for our program," said Head Coach Sarah Weavil. "I am thrilled that we have a player of Victoria's caliber choosing to stay home and play her collegiate volleyball right here in Winston Salem. I am excited to coach Victoria and believe her best volleyball is still ahead of her!"

What is your dream job?
My dream job is to be a Travel nurse.
If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
I want to live near the beach in Wilmington.
What is one thing people don't know about you?
I would say a lot of people do not know that I have five brothers.
What are you good at besides playing volleyball?
I think I have a good sense of style, so I enjoy helping people style themselves.
When did you start playing volleyball, and why?
I started playing volleyball when I was 11 years old. I started because a good friend of mine asked me to come to an open gym and play.
What position do you play?
Outside hitter, I really enjoy it because I love the feeling of getting a kill or a block. I also love the connection that you form with your setter.
What is your favorite volleyball memory?
My favorite volleyball memory would be beating and playing against our rivals.
What is your favorite food?
Sushi
Why did you choose Forsyth Tech?
I chose Forsyth Tech because the school offers so many different opportunities. Additionally, it is the first year for the athletic programs and I think it will be awesome to be a part of that!
