Media Request Form

Thanks for your interest in Forsyth Technical Community College Athletics. To ensure a successful gameday, the following guidelines have been formulated: All requests for media credentials must be received by the Director of Athletics no later than (2) days before basketball and volleyball games. Media coverage is limited to one pass. Non-working spouses, relatives, friends, and children are not permitted to bear credentials and are not permitted in any of the working press areas. Violators will be escorted from the venue by the Campus Police, and future requests for credentials will be denied. Preference for credentials will be given to local newspapers, TV anchor personnel and weekly newspapers. To reach a coach of a program, you MUST reach out to the Director of Athletics prior to contacting a coach. A confirmation notice, stating specifically whether your request is being honored, will be sent within one (1) working day of receipt of your application. The Forsyth Tech Athletic Department, at their discretion, reserves the right to reject requests for credentials to ensure a positive working atmosphere in press areas on game day. Because of limited space, credential requests received after the deadline will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
