Jayden Ross, Men's Basketball

Jayden Ross signed his letter of intent to play for Forsyth Tech on Tuesday, February 26. Jayden is a 6'2 guard from Rocky River High School in Charlotte, NC. During his senior campaign, Ross earned all-conference honors while averaging 19.7 PPG, 4.3 RPG, and 3 APG. Ross was named the Charlotte Observer's boys' high school athlete of the week on January 28, 2025. Ross played for Coach Donald Kirby at Rocky River High School and competed for Anthony Morrow Elite on the summer circuit.

"We added a really high character young man and elite shooter in Jayden Ross," said head coach Lucas Hunter. "Jayden can shoot the basketball really well and has a knack for scoring at all three levels. I am looking forward to working with Jayden and can't wait to have him on our campus next fall. "

I am looking forward to having a great winning season and accomplishing many goals.

The LA Lakers in the NBA, and Duke in college.

Darius Garland

What is your dream job?

To play in the NBA or professional basketball overseas.

When did you start playing basketball, and why?

I started playing basketball in the third grade. I fell in love with the sport and have had a passion for it ever since then.

What is your favorite basketball memory?

Winning AAU nationals.

Why did you choose Forsyth Tech?

I wanted to be a part of something new and make history, that is why I chose Forsyth Tech. I am loving Coach Hunter.
